Pros
Josh and Pam (owners) are two of the best people you'd find in any IT organization. They are strategic and understand the business, but more importantly they know how to connect with people and have a true vision for what they're building. The group as a whole is outstanding. Everyone that works here sees the big picture and works together toward the common goal. The sales group has a wealth of experience working with large national accounts and the recruiting team is hands down one of best you'd ever work with.
Cons
The company is just a few years old, so the business is not as consistent as some other larger consulting organization. However, they are building the groundwork now and are ahead of schedule. They continue to add some staple clients and will no doubt reap those rewards in the near future.
