Pros
This organization is quite agile and in tune with employee needs and customer satisfaction. Communication is strong at all levels within the organization and everyone is pulling in the same direction. Their core values are stressed daily and are reviewed weekly with the entire staff during checkpoint meetings on sales and activities.
Cons
There have been a couple "bad eggs" who didn't get the core values and they have been worked out of the organization.
