Pros
Changepoint is one of those companies that is already very successful but on point to be incredibly successful. I take who I work for seriously since my employers success feeds directly into my own. I did lots of research on Changepoint before applying as well as asked pointed questions during the interview since a job change is simply too big a move to get wrong. Changepoint is simply a great place to work.
Employees – Since my first day, every coworker treated me as a team member and readily shared their knowledge, which makes the transition so much easier.
Continual Improvement - Even though Changepoint is considered a leader in the industry, the company continues to innovate. Employees are empowered.
Solid benefits – The benefits are very comparable to a much larger company that I previously worked for.
Location – Seattle is really one of the world’s best cities and Changepoint is located right in the middle.
Employee Focused – Changepoint is very aware that happy employees produce better results. There are free beverages (water, sodas, redbull,…) and snacks, which may seem trivial but its just one of many perks like a free public transit pass.
Great product – It’s both satisfying and better job security to work for a company that has a great product. Working at Changepoint is a job I’m proud of.
Cons
Parking – Being located in downtown Seattle parking is scarce though the company does provide a free public transit card
