Company is Not A Place for Growth

Pros

Great co-workers and is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. They do have some benefits like free snacks and drinks and also organize company gatherings.

Cons

There is no transparency at the company. Leadership keeps touting great things but then lays people off which sends mixed messages. Compensation is below market and sometimes commissions/bonuses do not get paid out timely which speaks to the state of their financial process/state. There is no room for growth opportunities except laterally. Morale of the employees is very low and many people have left or are looking to leave.

Extremely poor leadership, especially at Daptiv. Old inflexible legacy products, very high turnover, low morale.

Pros

None, any longer. Since acquired by a private equity company, they no longer care about employees, just reducing the high salaries.

Cons

They don't consider loyalty in determining your employment status. If you don't somehow voluntarily contribute to the bottom line, even if it isn't in part of your job, you will be let go.
