      Founder is passionate, talented colleagues, a progressive firm doing innovative work, the top international fundraising firm, high level of collaboration with clients and internal teams

      Cons

      Benefits! (no 401k match, insurance coverage weakened, paid family leave is minimal), some senior managers are out of touch with sales expectations, work/life balanced is talked about but not a reality, being part of an umbrella company that mandates high revenue numbers can take the focus off of client work to selling

      Pros

      Overall, Changing Our World was a great place to work. Client engagements were interesting, diverse and fast-paced. Colleagues were probably the best part of the place - most are smart, dedicated and care a great deal about the quality of their work. If you are eager to advance in your career there are ample opportunities.

      Cons

      Some of the initial energy, strong culture and diversity of clients reminiscent of the early years of Changing Our World has faded. Also, they seem to hire fewer people who have actually done fundraising.
