Pros

I found nothing positive to share about this company.

Cons

Non-existent training program, quick to terminate - even in extremely short-staffed departments, extremely judgemental and acts before investigating issues. Feels like the CEO is the Wizard of Oz behind a curtain but pulling the strings. No benefits to speak of and bi-monthly paychecks.

Thank you for review. We are a values based company. If you are not a Polite and Respectful Problem Solver, Accountable, Trustworthy, or Helpful then this is not the best place for you to stay. We are a small company and we focus on hiring team members that Get, Want, and have the Capacity to do their job. If you were terminated it is because you did not fit into the values or the GWC framework. Trust that this will be the best thing that has happened to you and you will find the right company and role. ChartRequest was clearly not the right company and we placed you in the wrong role and we take full credit for that mistake. We wish you best! We always listen and respond!

Pros

ChartRequest has a clear mission and the work directly helps patients and providers. Leadership is accessible, career growth paths are defined, and the PATH values show up in daily work. Employees have real opportunities to take ownership and make an impact.

Cons

The pace is fast and priorities can shift as the company scales. Some processes are still being built out, and while benefits are competitive, they aren’t yet at big-enterprise levels.

Cons

Terrible leadership, Narcisistic owner, Bonuses not paid out on time and sometimes at all. Very toxic environment.
