Nothing I can thing odd. Except it's remote.
Cons
Many:- 1. Management is worst and full with unrealistic dreams. 2. Who works under whom will be not clear to you till tou last day 3. No appraisal no bonus no overtime pay. 4. No india based management. 5. They don't value their employees, I have seen in person one of the director was thrown out and had asked security not to allow Director to enter premises. 5.Weak management and no HR standards.
