Management is approachable, supportive and open to new ideas which makes me feel heard and appreciated. The environment encourages learning and there's always room to develop skills and take on new challenges. It's motivating to be part of a support team that is passionate about helping people and making a real impact.

      Pros

      ChartRequest has a clear mission and the work directly helps patients and providers. Leadership is accessible, career growth paths are defined, and the PATH values show up in daily work. Employees have real opportunities to take ownership and make an impact.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and priorities can shift as the company scales. Some processes are still being built out, and while benefits are competitive, they aren’t yet at big-enterprise levels.

      Terrible leadership, Narcisistic owner, Bonuses not paid out on time and sometimes at all. Very toxic environment.
