CEO should be mindful of who actually runs the show there, its not him for sure! HR Leadership style needs rethinking, outwardly gossiping and offending people, seems to be the norm, without much consideration to actual facts, this leads to a lack of trust. Very inconsistent and no clear direction. Anyone that contradicts this behaviour leaves very quickly
