Pros

I initially was employed with Chase as an internal contracted Jr. Recruiter. Coming with no experience I started on the manufacturing side, where I staffed for all warehouse positions and gradually worked my way up to more complex roles such as engineers, maintenance mechanics etc. With the help and guidance of the Branch manager Monica, and Jessie, a very knowledgeable Sr. Recruiter I was able to grasp a strong understanding on how to utilize my strengths to hire qualified and top talent in all contract, contract to hire and direct hire roles. I was then transition to their Professional division which serviced all tiers of customer service, accounting and finance. Chase Professionals has always challenged me, and allowed for amazing growth. I was able to develop professional and personal growth that eventually led me into my now career in HR. As a talent acquisition specialist in a company of 300+ employees I find myself using useful knowledge gained during my time with Chase. Rachelle was also a great leader and because of her I am able to proactively assess/analyze situations in the most productive manner to ensure goals are always being met! Their top leaders have molded and prepared me for my future in HR and I will be forever grateful!

Cons

The benefits could be a bit better, and possibly the option to work from home at least 1 per week.

Pros

The gig work is ok.

Cons

The job openings that they have listed, are the same ones that they have had openings with for the past 15 years. None of the jobs are ever permanent or direct hire. That and they take way too many fees out of your paychecks. The pkace will rip you off.
