      A platform evolution that is moving fast, customers pivoting back to us Good remuneration - incredidle comp plan Amazing leadership - pivot to channel led model which enables scale Investing in the ANZ market heavily with senior hires, customer success etc

      Cons

      a 19 year old company has 19 year old processes - this problem has been recognised and times are changing
