      Talented and professional employees across different teams. Good exposure to cloud technologies, Kubernetes, AWS and large-scale enterprise environments. The company has interesting products and strong technical potential.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes create uncertainty and make it difficult to maintain long-term direction. Management often changes priorities, leading to confusion around ownership and accountability. Micro-management is common in some areas and can reduce employee autonomy and trust. Infrastructure stability and operational processes do not always receive the level of attention expected from a company of this size, resulting in recurring operational challenges. Cross-team responsibility boundaries are often unclear, causing delays and inefficiencies.
