      Give new office desks and chairs to the employees.

      Cons

      The upper management laid off too many administrative staff in the past few years, so the current ones are not experienced enough to handle employees' need. The upper management seems to think new desks and chairs bring in quality work and productivities to the company and make employees happy and creative. So if new chairs and desks are what you are looking for, then go join this company.

      We are sorry to hear that you felt this way. It is not uncommon for it to some time to level-set after acquisition restructuring and we are doing all we can now to head in the right direction. We recognize that our employees are our greatest asset and we are doing our best to support them.       kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Cons

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
