Often working as an individual contributor, some work can be tedious/repetitive, requires a lot of initiative to get put on interesting project work

After the acquisition by Stantec, things fell apart as many senior level staff left.

Poor integration with Stantec; they hired too many people and now with the senior consultants gone, there is no one to bring in work
