I love working at Cherry! Cherry provides a challenging and rewarding work environment. Compensation is great and includes high commission opportunities. Management is incredible and makes sure to set you up for success, from executives to department leadership. They’re always here to listen and implement feedback, and I feel that they truly care about employees. I feel lucky to work for a company that hears my feedback and implements changes quickly. Leaders provide a clear career progression path and work with you to help meet career goals, whether that be progressing into leadership positions within your own department or moving into other positions within the company. Retreats are held twice a year and are a great way to recharge and get to connect with colleagues in person. If you get an opportunity to work at Cherry, I would 100% recommend! It’s an incredible company to build a career at.
