      Making a difference in a big way

      Cons

      Stressed out management who, for some, are very rude to workers. It's a much more dangerous job than advertised. The new company managing this location removed house supervisors as extra staff on shift, BIG mistake.

      Coworkers are amazing individuals and work so hard.

      Cons

      No raises or opportunities to get pay raises Benefits are terrible. Expensive medical plans. No support for retirement - no matching 403b
