      Pros

      This company is happy to work with its employees to accommodate them. It's a family-owned and operated business with high standards and early hours, so my accessibility during the work week was excellent.

      Cons

      There was no retirement plan option; however the human resources manager, Jane, was always a pleasure to speak to, happy to be helpful with the answers to any questions regarding compensation, paperwork, company policy, etc.

      Pros

      Everyone truly cared about their co-worker at the plant level.

      Cons

      Production is a tough job. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Very old equipment not maintained very well over the years.
