Chroma Color interview questions

This was the strangest onboarding experience of my life with the most venomous, strange HR people I could imagine. On multiple occasions, the CHRO went way out of her way to create a negative experience.

All individuals I interviewed with seemed cordial and mostly respectful. No hard questions, mostly about how I would perform the job in given situations, etc. Part of 1 Interview was odd. I interviewed with many different executives however their questions did not align with the job description they were selling. One executive asked questions that did not have any bearing on the job.
