Better training. If you are not a self starter you might struggle to grow. No clear training program.

Nice coworkers & managers. They give a really small discount to employees.

Rude customers, they feel entitled to treat however they wish. Managers don’t organize schedules well which leads to people feeling burned out. Don’t recommend.
