-Culture is fake and disingenuous
-3 layoffs in last year, each one occurring before large shifts in the business or before the business spent large sums of money
-Cost cutting nearly every team, flattening organization, hiring people in India or eastern Europe for technical roles
-No stability with numerous leaders being laid off or having left (ranging from SVPs to Directors across Sales, Support, PS, Customer Success, etc.)
-Nearly all teams are burnt out, overworked, under resourced and generally too lean... very limited work life balance
-Disparate tools acquired too quickly resulting in pervasive issues across entire platform
-Tool is too sprawling forcing underutilization by clients
-Constantly moving goal posts on employees and customers
