Pros
The best reasons to work at Clariant are they are really active in the community, especially in the Charlotte, NC area. They make a real effort to be apart of numerous fundraisers for marathons and schools. They also participate in a meals on wheels program which deliver meals to the elderly. The company has a great benefits package and its in a great location.
Cons
Pay needs to be more competitive. They need to value young talent and give everyone a fair chance. It is very much a good old boys club in which you are either a member or an outsider. Need to show more compassion for employees that are knowingly under bad management.
