Pros
Everyone works well together and is willing to help each other out. Barely any politics or bureaucracy which is a great change from other places I've worked. Great employee benefits at no cost to employee. Since it’s a growing company there are many opportunities to contribute to the growth. Never bored, there is always plenty to do and learn which keeps things exciting and new.
Cons
No major cons, the company has gone through the typical growing pains and management is always looking for ways to make things better for its clients and employees.
