Pros
Collaborative, open-minded, straight-talking, zero politics, zero turf wars, no posturing - just a smallish group of people who really want to move the needle, who will share everything they know with you in the expectation that you will do likewise.
1 thing sticks out from the interview process - " we can teach you everything you need to know about this business, but we can't teach you how to fit. So... can you fit?" Hiring for fit means that the company culture stays great - open communication, clear direction but enough freedom for you to get to where things need to go by any means that make sense to you. Best be ready to defend your decisions and have them picked apart, for sure, but they're being picked apart because other people are genuinely interested in making sure that the best decisions are being made, not because they want to have a pop at you. Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with.
Cons
More feedback on performance would be useful, and perhaps some clear direction on metric expectation could help.
