Clearpool Group interview questions

Standard interview process with a first interview with a medium-level leetcode and then another tech interview with several dev who each ask leet code medium question and one OO design question followed by call with upper manager. was told by recruiter that the feedback came positive within 1hr of finishing the interview with upper management but it seems they are low-balling/downgrading hardcode to justify not paying; even though I work for a direct competitor and have almost a decade of trading experience. I sadly never receive the actual number on offer they were planning as my recruiter dropped off(after they told me about the downgrade stuff/giving associate level pay) They are basically trying to give Associate level position to experienced people in the field. Don't waste your time interviewing there if you are experienced in the field. The people seemed pretty nice so it kind of suck it ended this way.
