Great company, incredible growth - Anonymous employee Clinical Computer Systems Employee Review

Have been overworked due to huge customer growth, but slower employee growth causes current staff to be overworked and stressed. Raises, even for those who are noted to do Exceptional work in annual reviews, are very low. Disheartening to get a high rating and yet get a raise less than the cost of living increase. With it being a small (albeit growing) company, there is not room to grow upwards for staff level.
