Pros

The only reason any one would want to work here is if they like to eat a free apple and a banana everyday.

Cons

Horrible company. All they care about is making money. They do not care about the employees and treat them like slaves. All they are missing is whips. Excess hours and minimal pay. Bonuses are horrible and salary raises are once a year and minimum. Promotions, keep dreaming about them. You will never get one. Every position that opens up has already been decided by the managers who’s getting the position and they have already informed the person that they will get the job. Management is a disaster. Most of them aren’t even qualified to be in management but they are sitting around acting like dictators. HR is a joke, make any complains and they will act like nothing is wrong and keep sitting on their lazy bums. A nightmare of a company.

Pros

Free fruit every day and free ice cream in the summers.

Cons

Some teams are hard to join. Many people have been there decades so they do not explain things well to new people and communication is unclear. Procedures are purposefully documented poorly so they can't be required to follow them during inspections. This means reference material is unavailable. The rudest supervisor I've ever met worked here and was well thought of.
