      Pros

      most employees are great. owners truly care about employees even if they do not really know what goes on in each department as far as management goes.

      Cons

      Management egotistical and rude. Each department has a mole, someone who pretends to be friends with everyone so they can go to management and tell all they hear. Management has their favorites and will not listen to anything negative about those people. Will not take complaints to HR about poor or bad management seriously.

      The culture of family great, and has made me want to work for CRL until I retire.

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything I would list as a con.

      Pros

      Free fruit every day and free ice cream in the summers.

      Cons

      Some teams are hard to join. Many people have been there decades so they do not explain things well to new people and communication is unclear. Procedures are purposefully documented poorly so they can't be required to follow them during inspections. This means reference material is unavailable. The rudest supervisor I've ever met worked here and was well thought of.
