      My experience of Clintec was that they have a great team lead by managers that really look out for their staff. They are generous with salary, benefits and time.

      Cons

      Limited clients for insourcing model which means redeployment is difficult if times get tough.

      Many opportunities for advancement. Company interested in developing their employees. Privately owned and operated by internal management. Consistent growth in size and market share for 20 years.

      Cons

      Routine growing pains associated with a mid-sized company. Some systems and processes better fit to a smaller company, but significant investments and updates are under way.
