CoBank is going through a transformation and transformations are hard. The technology stack and product offerings have done just enough in the past 10 years not to lose customers. Now customers want more and we need the talent to help accomplish that. Technology is being invigorated with new skillsets and new leaders to help CoBank reach the top of the mountain.
