Pros

They are too lazy to contest your unemployment benefits. If you are a gossip mongerer, they have a position for you as a staff psychologist, whose main duty is to falsity and embellish documentation because at heart you are a closet voyeur who secretly wishes you had a life of your own.

Cons

Be careful if you are a young smart attractive female. They will treat you like you are the patient and write you up for minor citations like forgetting to sign in a section of the hospital once a year. This is because as a girl you are looked at as a liability and certain sections of the hospital are unsecure and not monitored by cameras or doors that lock properly. If you are a male you will be fine if you keep your head down and cower to the demands of every single idiot around you during your probation year. Patients threaten to litigate and often due. Avoid actually doing any work during probation and that is how you will pass, by being invisible, which is something the twice divorced homely specimens can only accomplish. Work here if you want to have your medical license revoked and be listed in a class action lawsuit. You are a warehouse worker, designed to help no one. You will never get the fulfillment you wanted out of the job like you were taught in school. Don't expect to change lives, or change the system, for that matter. You are a mere cog in a machine which dysfunctions so badly it only perpetrates further psychological, emotional, and mental harm on its most vulnerable constituents.

Pros

The pay is good and they hire new graduates. The union is decent and work to have your back. Opportunity for advancement with only a LPT License.

Cons

Very big place with a lot of cliques and nepotism. If you are not liked, you will be ganged up on by staff. You have to watch out for patients because they will try to take advantage of you, but they are ex cons, so it comes with the territory. If you work weekends, you will be mandated most likely.
