Pros
The training is amazing and can say the best IT and technology consultancy. The training sessions are provided by qualified technical experts. Never need to worry about the pay, the maintain there own standards. I feel there are very less staffing companies like codeforce 360 in US, i was refereed by a friend and got into my first job in no time with really good package..
Cons
I feel there are very less, just that some times the work is too heavy for a fresher.
