      One of the worst experiences I ever had - Software Developer Coderio Employee Review

      Pros

      They are somewhat lenient with the daily worhours, and they understand when you have a medical appointment or something similar.

      Cons

      They require us to fill more roles than what we're being paid to do. Us workers are in the jeopardy of the client, and when the client's bad, we need to do things as bad as they do them. We don't get neither bonuses nor recognition for our work. They put lot of 'buts' when we ask for our holidays or benefits they promised. They don't even keep their word when promising a salary upgrade.

Me sorprende mucho tu comentario ya que nuestro equipo de Service Delivery sumado al de People Care trabajan en forma personalizada con cada uno de nuestros colaboradores; pero voy a tomar tu comentario para revisar si algo se está escapando en términos de bonos, beneficios o días libres. De hecho, revisé y no tengo un solo reclamo por ninguno de esos temas en los últimos meses. Lamento mucho que haya sido "una de las peores experiencias de tu vida", voy a trabajar puertas adentro con tu feedback para continuar mejorando. Te dejo un consejo para la próxima: siempre es más útil dar el feedback (sobre todo el negativo) mientras estás en la compañía. No solo le das la oportunidad al otro de mejorar y aprender, sino que además seguramente cuentes con el beneficio que querés. Saludos y éxitos en lo que viene !

      Pros

      Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      Cons

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved to make collaboration smoother across projects.

      Pros

      My experience at Coderio was excellent. The company truly values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. I always felt supported by my leader and encouraged to share ideas and take on new challenges.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense at times, especially during large-scale projects. But it also comes with the opportunity to learn a lot and be part of exciting initiatives.
