Friednly staff that try to encourage a welcoming environment. Other than that, there were no other benefits or advantages from working here.
Cons
I found it difficult to balance my personal life and my professional responsibilities. A typical work week included approximately 60 hours to complete. There was no training and learning opportunities provided during my time there. Compensation was on the lower side of similar jobs in the industry with no provision for overtime pay.
