Best open culture & supportive environment provides Good career growth. Boss are approachable and helpful. person who performs better gets a very good growth like vertically, monitory and career. Gratuity is not included in the CTC it is additional. LTA and Medical are clubbed together. Only 5% variable. Nominal Premium for covering even parent in law.
Cons
Not among the good pay masters. No other facilities like sodexo vouchers.
