Pros
PAST: Used to be a great company. The founders themselves had their own legacy, were very classy and professional. The company has a long legacy of being a pioneer in IT education and other areas. It used to be a fun and a go-to place to work for!
Cons
Everything changed with the arrival of the new CEO. He is known for losing his temper in meetings, in the hallways, and over the phone. Rumour has it that he fires people in the hallway! The new leadership is emotionally driven, less objective and its a dog eat dog culture. Everyone's job is in danger except for people who are close to the CEO. A lot of good people have left and others are waiting to leave. Its a sad state of affairs.
