Worked for Cogentrix for over 5 years. They have taken care of me through divestitures and found ways to help me grow with the company. Great retirement plan, pay, health benefits, and PTO. Open minded management with the mindset of development if you’re willing to work.
Cons
No time to hold your hand. You better be willing to work and learn on your own. They will give you the basics, pay for schooling, give you opportunities to learn but you better be self motivated and be a team player.
