Pros
There are no pros of this company, they make you work 10hrs a day and still they will keep you in constant fear that you will be fired if you don't work more. Work life balance of this company is extremely bad and only thing which is good about this company is wfh policy, also this policy is only applicable for engineers.
Cons
The owner of this company is very rude and has unprofessional behaviour. Some people who couldn't find job anywhere else are sitting in this company from 3-5 years, they don't want to work .. they just want to get the work done from junior employees and when they fail to even do this they blame the people working at junior level positions and fire them from the company. They won't even explain you how the product works and would expect you to understand everything on your own. Only god can help you if you get stuck somewhere while working as an engineer because managers don't even care to join a meet with you and other employees have soo much work on their shoulders that they will not be able to help even if they wanted to. Please think twice before joining this company because after joining you are on your own, if you can't work for more than 10 hours a day then don't join this company. If you ask them to raise your salary they will fire you.
