CollPoll interview questions

Intro call + Design Task. An HR screening call was not done and I went straight into what should have been a second round with a designer. They did not discuss salary or anything about the position and it felt quite rushed/all over the place. They expected me to use AI in my task. I had to deliver about 3 flows within 24 hours, all of which were closely related to their real product. They also asked me how long it would take me to deliver a high fidelity frame for my work, which seemed like a red flag since they could ask for more without any clarity on how/where my work might be used.

The whole interview felt like being interviewed by someone who had no clue about numbers and data and statistics Super bad interview experience in general the ceo was later for the interview as usual arrived in full swag as if he was elon musk ,talked so much I stoped paying attention all together
