-Some superficially nice but toxic people -Set up to fail by management's unrealistic expectations and limited headcount -Certain departments have been understaffed for years despite the increasing workload while others have been hiring. Management seems to value the work of some teams over others. -No room for growth, only survival -Micromanaging at times
