Pros

They seek to hire highly educated individuals to fill open positions. Employees are caring, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

The executive assistant holds a higher educational degree than the current President of the company! I find this to be extremely interesting. Perhaps the "torch" should have been passed to a qualified candidate instead of just passed down.

Thanks for your feedback. You are correct, on paper, my admin holds a higher degree. She is extremely talented and wears many hats within CIP. Having had worked within CIP for over a decade, I can attest that there were some management communication issues with the national office and sites. CIP had grown fairly fast from 2004 to 2012 with 5 additional program locations across the country. We took ownership of those communication and structure issues and have since seen and heard great feedback from the majority of our 160+ employees. As President, change is made by setting a strategy and inspiring and leading others within the organization to help achieve it. I apologize if our mission and vision did not connect with your outlook. Our main objective is to create the best student outcomes possible. People who work for us share that vision, work as a team, and bring solid skills to the organization to help achieve these results. We're extremely thankful for those that help bring this vision to life.
