Pros
The staff members here really do care about the students. They want to see them succeed and reach their goals.
Cons
Decision-making is not consistent with the so-called "vision" of the company. At our center in particular, students were thriving, staff members were enjoying the work they did with students, and we were able to be creative and innovative in working with the students. Now, it seems as if all progress that we made during the past year or so has come to a halt and even been reversed due to incompetence and mismanagement. Morale, unfortunately, is low, and the work environment does not hold the same promise it did under previous management. Many of us are still trying to make sense of recent changes, because they clearly weren't for the better.
