Pros
Aiming to please the employees with great snacks, beverages, meals every day, meal stipend for WFH, on and off-site events.
Cons
Losing steam on Covid testing business and working hard to shift the business. It all comes at a cost as employees are so burned out that they added an extra day off each month. Rumblings are that this is great but it's one less day now to do the work. Overall compensation package was not competitive last year. Bonus targets very low for the levels and equity was a joke. CEO runs the company like a tech start-up. Many leaders come from Uber, Lyft, Google, etc. Need folks with healthcare experience for the long run.
