Pros
Management is sharp, engaged, and will advocate for you if you put in the effort. The work is interesting and varied with plenty of room to strengthen the codebase and systems and demonstrate value. Work/life balance and overall company culture are great - everyone is kind and thoughtful. Salary is reasonable for the domain.
Cons
Some elements of the tech stack and system architecture are outdated or overly complicated, but leadership is forward-thinking and driving toward addressing these factors.
