Horrendously Managed - Anonymous employee Colorado Time Systems Employee Review

There is a real purpose of belonging and being a part of something larger than yourself. Colorado Time Systems is the authority on swim timing. They build products that athletes all over the world are using to achieve their dreams. With regular employee events, moral boosting cook-offs and corn hole tournaments, there is always something fun happening. Your co-workers become family and most people stay through retirement. So many employees have been with CTS for over 15 years.... some for over 40 years! I started as a part-time receptionist and moved up to Service Administrator. There are TONS of stories just like this at CTS. Career opportunities are abundant.

Having to leave because of COVID was the worst. However, the CTS Vice President personally found me another position with one of our sister companies through Playcore so I was able to stay employed through a very difficult time.

I have learned so much while working here at CTS. Project managers, engineers, and upper management are willing to show how products work so that the rest of us can gain an understanding of the products that we manufacture and sell. These explanations are done with an appreciation, not with arrogance. Upper management also does a great job of creating a comfortable work place. The personal and professional support I have received throughout my time here is much appreciated.

I wish there were more opportunities for hands-on experiences with our products.
