Pros

Pay can be good and bonus is possible but ONLY if you reach their targets.

Cons

-They care about their targets more than their employees wellbeing and stress. -Many people come and go at this company, most of them, get fired for "poor performance" -Targets and workload are ridiculously high and you WILL have to work from home ALMOST EVERY DAY to reach those targets. Otherwise they will instantly fire you.

Hi, Firstly, I am sorry to hear that you have felt this way about working with us. It is true that a lot of people have come and gone and mostly it has had to do with the fact that the individuals are not native and end up going home or getting more life and work experience due to this being their first or second job. As for well being and stress, I am not convinced that this is the case here for the majority of our people. Yes, we do have targets and yes we do expect results as do all companies, but we train and support our staff towards reaching goals that are set together and we reward very well when you reach them. As a business, we are far from perfect, but overall, we could not have grown to where we are in the time that we have by treating people badly or not having a good business model. For the remarks about working from home, we don't expect you to work from home at anytime. It is true that some people do, but it is through choice and at no point do we ask anybody to do anything from home that they cannot do whilst at work. We would welcome you to get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your experience further if this is something that you would prefer as we want to make sure that there have not been any misunderstandings.

Pros

Work-life balance is good, especially for employees working in the UK process. The company provides flexible working hours, and salary is always credited on time. The environment is manageable if you are comfortable staying in the same position without expecting rapid career growth or promotions.

Cons

Limited career growth, fewer promotion opportunities, and lack of a supportive team environment in some processes. Employees may stay in the same role for a long time.

Pros

Good place to learn Google Shopping Ads and D2C performance marketing. Exposure to international markets

Cons

The biggest problem is lack of clear vision from leadership. Priorities keep changing frequently one day the focus is revenue, next day new customers, and suddenly profitability. Because of this, teams are always reacting instead of following a clear strategy. Micromanagement is very high. Even when teams have expertise, there is constant interference in day-to-day work. Management also tends to change expectations frequently, which makes it difficult to trust long-term decisions. There is also a sense that visibility sometimes matters more than actual performance, which can be frustrating for people focused on results. Communication from leadership can feel reactive and sometimes personal, which creates unnecessary pressure on employees. Overall, the environment feels stressful and unstable because goals and expectations keep changing. There is also a gap in strategic direction at senior levels. Guidance is often unclear, which makes it difficult for teams to execute effectively. Instead of solving problems, there is often pressure without clear direction, and teams are expected to figure things out on their own. At times, work feels more execution-heavy rather than strategy-driven, which leads to teams working hard but not always in the right direction.
