Pros

Fully remote work culture, which gives you flexibility. Work-life balance is decent; you’ll have enough time after work for personal activities. Friendly colleagues in general.

Cons

Very limited career growth: no structured learning opportunities, no promotions, and no real salary progression. The product is portrayed as revolutionary, but in reality, it's outdated and struggling to retain relevance. The company is in clear decline, despite claiming customer growth and product success. Periodic layoffs happen without transparency or proper reasoning. One day you're part of the team, and the next, you're laid off with no warning. Extremely unstable — joining this company could mean risking your career path entirely. Leadership lacks direction and communication, especially during critical times.

Pros

Unique organization and culture with a "help-first" mentality. Multi-dimensional role (equal parts customer service, marketing, and sales). Fully remote job with great hours. Above average salary and benefits. I get to travel and represent the company in industry events. Platform that’s rocking retail – in a good way

Cons

No. It’s a fun and flexible environment.

Pros

Good colleagues and you can really trauma bond.

Cons

• The company shifted dramatically for the worse after new leadership took control. • The CEO treats employees with complete disregard, acting as if people are expendable and beneath basic respect. • Concerns are raised, yet management rarely acknowledges or takes them seriously. • The culture feels deeply unsettling and driven by fear, with many employees staying silent just to avoid becoming a target. • After a significant wave of layoffs, instability became the norm and job security felt nonexistent. • There was constant expectation to remain available beyond normal working hours without fair compensation. • Management behavior grew increasingly harsh, while transparency and trust completely broke down.
