I learned a lot, met a lot of great people who became my closest friends
Was given opportunity despite making some mistakes and starting out as a pretty unreliable employee. I had amazing leadership. Commerce, or as it was then known as "BigCommerce", really primed me for the rest of my career. I've moved on to bigger things since with more opportunity but I in learned to move beyond my self-perceived limits, lead with compassion, and give everyone a fair shake especially if I wasn't a personal fan. I'm super grateful to have worked there and left such a different person and leader.
Cons
It didn't feel like they were looking after the little people past a certain letter level toward the end of my tenure.
I was over worked and under paid.
