High Turnover- Beware - FTE Commit Partnership Employee Review

Pros

Flexible schedule Pleasant environment Decent benefits, but not much better than other NPOs with similar-sized budgets Pay is good

Cons

There has been more than 60% turnover since the pandemic began. Most teams have more than half the team members there for less than 6 months. Lots of people join, then leave after 12-24 months. Many positions open and left unfilled for long periods of time. Work is fast-paced, and expectations are high, but this is not reflected during reviews and through compensation. Cost of living raises aren't explicitly provided even though the mission of the organization is to increase the number of people earning a living wage.

Pros

Industry-leading benefits in the nonprofit space. Demonstrable record of meaningful student impact on the stage and local level.

Cons

Inconsistent company culture, often dependent on which department you are in.

Pros

Benefits are good and there is flexibility.

Cons

Culture, nepotism, no work life balance, turnover is crazy, no growth depending on what team you're on and especially if you're a person of color.
