Pros

Benefits, PD stipend, never have to pack your lunch because food is always catered, culture events

Cons

The team and manager you have matter in this organization. If you don’t have a good manager(very few exists) that will grow, develop, and advocate for you, you will not grow here and your time will be spent fighting leadership, constant change, no clear path for promotion, and CONSTANT STRUCTURE CHANGES.

Industry-leading benefits in the nonprofit space. Demonstrable record of meaningful student impact on the stage and local level.

Cons

Inconsistent company culture, often dependent on which department you are in.
