      Really cool environment and people. Everyone is trying to make a big difference.

      Cons

      When Iain left and Chris joined as CEO, it was like someone let the air out of a balloon. His vision for the company was the complete antithesis of what Communitech was all about. Before the pandemic, and when Iain was CEO, Communitech was bustling and vibrant. Now it's mostly empty and sad. I hope the newest CEO, Jennifer, is able to turn things around.

      Pros

      A really great collections of creative and kind people. Very unique in the experience it provides. I think it's a side effect of the nature of their objectives and funding.

      Cons

      The silo structure and disparate groups and teams made it difficult to corral people at times and identify decision makers and structure.
